As Mekka holds the near-dead C-Seagal, Wan demands a fight. Czar Master introduces himself as Uranos, the supreme being. He then launches a Gravity Wave attack at them, crushing them into the floor. Yuuni cries out, until her power activates, forming a shield around them. She tells Uranos (in a different voice) to stop. Uranos recognizes the voice of Gaia. Gaia confronts Uranos, insisting he not repeat the mistake he made 10,000 years ago. Uranos tells Gaia that he did not abandon the human race like she did, and tries to kill her. Gaia is gone, and Yuuni falls out of the air. Wan catches her, and as the place begins to explode, they run away. Uranos follows. The blast shuts down the tubes that trapped V-Darn, V-Sion and Akumako. V-Sion tries to escape with a now tube-shaped V-Darn, but Akumako jokes "You're so strong." So V-Sion tosses Akumako into the fire, and leaves without her. While this is going on, the Beasts are trying to run from Uranos, who is following from his floating crystal. They manage to escape him, and C-Seagal regains consciousness, to tell them that Yuuni is Gaia, and of the story of 10,000 years ago; how the Humans built Uranos in the southern hemisphere, and Gaia in the northern hemisphere, as computers to come up with ultimate solutions to improve their lives. Uranos's solution was evolution by mechanization, while Gaia's was harmony with nature. With opposing views, a war started, and the Jinn were built at that time, as weapons. Uranos's side won, kiling most of the humans in the northern hemisphere, so Gaia split the Earth in two, and exiled the southern hemisphere, with Uranos, to another dimension. Wan and the others realize that Yuuni is the treasure, and they begin fighting over her. Uranos discovers them, though.

V-Darn and V-Sion finally find their way out, and discover how cold it is. V-Sion notices Ma Jinn, and they decide to escape in it. Uranos is busy chasing the Beasts, when C-Seagal points out an exit. Wan, Bud and Mei Mah are separated from Mekka and Seagal, as they take adjacent exits that lead to different places. Uranos activates Gaia's main system using his link, and the Beasts and the Humans are all knocked around, as Gaia rises. V-Darn and V-Sion try to escape, but a tentacle grabs them, and Uranos merges with Ma Jinn to form Oumajin (Big Evil Lord). Uranos, as Oumajin states that the battle will be settled here. Gaia awakens, with the Beasts sitting by, and tries to stop Uranos's attack with the three Jinn. She merges them just in time, and Shinreioh, now carrying the confused Wan, Bud, Mei Mah, and Gaia/Yuuni, blocks Oumajin. Uranos states that neither nature nor Gaia are needed for its evolution. Oumajin knocks Shinreioh to the ground. Wan gets angry, and gets Shinreioh back up, just in time to have its left arm blown up by Oumajin's blade attack. Uranos states how useless the Jinn is, but Gaia disagrees. Wan calls on Shinreioh's sword, and they begin to battle. When Oumajin takes to the air, Bud calls on Shinreioh's wings to unfold, and they take off to do battle. The three Beasts are losing confidence about winning, but Gaia asks them to hold out, because she has a plan. Meanwhile, V-Darn and V-Sion, still in Ma Jinn, cheer over their sure victory, but Akumako jokes pessimistically.

C-Seagal is slowly dying in Mekka's arms. She wishes that she had met the Beasts earlier, and is then touched by Mekka's crying over her. She notes how kind they all are...and dies.

Gaia cries tears for Seagal, as Oumajin chases and constantly attacks Shinreioh, severely damaging it. Then, Uranos realizes that he's just COMPLETELY united with the Gaia Network. Gaia was waiting for this moment, and shows Uranos that the Gaia Network has no power, and that she has disconnected with it over the ages. Uranos says that time will see the Gaia Network's repair. Gaia decides that she can destroy Uranos by taking her own life as well. Wan and the others don't want anything to happen to Yuuni, but Gaia has already released the energy, so with the fate of the Earth in Wan's hands, he uses the energy to make Shinreioh "golden". The golden Shinreioh kills Uranos, the soul of Yuuni (Gaia) is rejoined to the body of Yuuni (C-Seagal).

A sleepy Wan is awoken by Mei Mah, as she reminds him that today Yuuni is leaving. They both run out to where Yuuni is waiting, with a lot of Beasts, including Bud and Mekka. Wan and Mei Mah begin arguing, but Yuuni's laughter at their antics makes them stop. And with that, Yuuni thanks them all, and takes off in Shinreioh's hand, to help the Humans rediscover nature. Watching Shinreioh fly away, Wan asks Bud what he thinks the treasure was? Bud replies "It's Mother Nature!", but Wan kicks him for being stupid. Then he looks over the landscape, and realizes "But you may be right."

V-Darn, V-Sion and Akumako are stranded on a deserted island. V-Darn sees them as the new Adam and Eve of Humans there, and tries to jump V-Sion. She punches him away.
