PANIC CITY IS A LOVE ROMANCE!?

At the base of a giant waterfall, Mekka soaks a cloth to place on Mei Mah's forehead to keep the fever down. It's not working, and Bud heroically offers to take her place. Wan yells at him to do so, but their arguing is interrupted by Mei Mah's soft word. "Mother..." Mekka mentions their home of Sakilantis, and Wan thinks he can find the way to Sakilantis by sniffing the air and listening for sounds. Everyone seems to have no faith in Wan's instincts, and Wan feels crushed. Kuhreioh flies them all to Sakilantis, and Kaireioh takes them underwater, where the monstrous Jinn scares some of the locals. Wan remembers the way to Mei Mah's house. Once there, Mei Mah is put to bed, and they all watch over her, until someone hits Wan, Bud and Mekka with a paper fan. It's Mei Mah's mother, Ara Mah, the beautiful queen of the Mermaid Tribe, giving them her special welcome. Of course, Bud immediately falls in love, saying "I'd like some more please." Wan explains Mei Mah's condition to her mother, but she begins to hit Mei Mah over the head with the fan, calling her a faker. They manage to stop her, and Ara Mah gives Mei Mah the treatment she deserves.

In bed, Mei Mah tells Wan her last request. She wants to eat some Super-sweet fruit. Mekka gets nervous, and explains to Wan how noone has ever returned with the fruit from Naiabu Island, where they grow. Mei Mah says she just wants to try them before she dies. Wan and Bud don't think they can, but when she temporarily fades away, Wan tells her that he'll get the fruit for her, in exchange for her getting well. She agrees, and they set off to find the fruit. Meanwhile, C-Seagal approaches Sakilantis in his Jinn, Ma Jinn.

Wan and Bud prepare to ride the wind-up tube-car to Naiabu Island. Mekka finishes winding up the vehicle, and they launch, at incredibly high speeds. Bud tells Wan that Wan's beaten him out for Mei Mah, by risking his life like that to get the fruit. Wan defends his ego, telling Bud it's only so HE can try some of the fruit.

On the surface of the ocean, V-Darn's ship has broken down, and he's writing a poem, while waiting for help, when V-Sion bashes his upside the head with a washbowl, telling him to do something about the ship. The rocking motion of the ship in water, though, makes V-Sion sick. Akumako asks her if it's "morning sickness", but V-Sion tells her that she doesn't do well in water. Akumako thinks the sounds she makes are neat, and offers to rub her back (by rubbing her front...hinting that V-Sion has small breasts), but a furious V-Sion punches Akumako. V-Darn is floating in the water, when a huge wave crashes over him, sending him underwater, where he sees Wan and Bud re-winding the car. As the faceless minions fish V-Darn out of the water, he yells to V-Sion that he's found the Beasts. Akumako tells him that she had to go "use the washbowl". (used for a sea-sickness bag in Japan) Ma Jinn comes up on Sakilantis, as Yuuni happily romps through the underwater city. From the window, she can see all the beautiful fish. Mekka is busy searching for Yuuni, and suddenly realizes "She couldn't have gone outside!" Mei Mah is resting in her room, watching the bubbles on the underwater tree slowly rise up. She says that she'll go to heaven when the last bubble rises. Then she sees Mekka, as a turtle, looking for Yuuni outside. Just then, Yuuni comes running into Mei Mah's room, and sees Mekka, trampling over Mei Mah to get to the window. Mekka and Yuuni make eye contact, and Mekka is relieved. That's when he hits the bubble tree, and all the bubbles float away. Mei Mah hears her death march. Suddenly, they are attacked by Ma Jinn. Kuhrioh and Chireioh can only watch from the surface, but Kaireioh, having been made for underwater battle, confronts Ma Jinn. C-Seagal orders Ma Jinn to take care of Kaireioh, and Ma Jinn suddenly grows larger and stronger. Kaireioh is no match for Ma Jinn. C-Seagal orders his troops, all women, to enter the city.

The wind-up vehicle enters Naiabu Island through an underground cave. Once above ground, they spot the fruit. Bud thinks it was too easy, but Wan happily rushes in. That's when Bud spots the trap. The plants have spiked vines which grab at Wan. Bud saves him with his boomerang, and Wan runs back. Bud tries to think of a plan, but Wan beats him to it. He kicks Bud off the hill, and he's attacked by the plants. So, Wan's plan: Bud keeps the plants busy, while Wan gets the fruit.

The female soldiers easily defeat the Mermen, and pose once they finish. C-Seagal orders them to find Yuuni, while C-Seagal takes care of a small threat with his beam saber. Mekka has taken up arms (a sword), and is blocking C-Seagal's passage. Mei Mah, however, is out of bed, and trying to get to Kaireioh. Kaireioh is hit hard, and Mei Mah urges his to get up. Her Jinn's Heart goes off, and Kaireioh gets a second wind.

Wan and Bud are returning with the fruit. Wan found it easy, because he isn't the one currently requiring stitches. Wan tries one, and finds them to be very hard. That's when their Jinn's Hearts go off, and they sense Mei Mah in danger.

Two female soldiers are chatting about where Yuuni is, when they're both knocked unconscious by Ara Mah's welcome fan. Two other soldiers have found, and are chasing Yuuni, as Mekka is rendered unconscious by C-Seagal. Mei Mah sees Mekka in trouble, and pulls out her rapier, and attacks C-Seagal. C-Seagal blocks, and Mei Mah turns around for another attack, when she is hit by her fever, and staggers. At that same time, Kaireioh is defeated, and Wan and Bud race to her. That's when V-Darn, looking through an underwater window, spots them, and calls out to V-Sion. But V-Sion is not concerned with that due to her seasickness. V-Darn sympathizes with her, and proceeds to "rub her back". He gets the washbowl upside the head again.

Mei Mah tries to get another attack in, as Yuuni hides from some female soldiers. She guesses it's safe to come out of hiding, and when she does, she finds a cake under a basket. She eats the cake, and a soldier pulls a string, sending the basket down on her. At the battle scene, Mei Mah's rapier is knocked from her hand, and C-Seagal is about to kill her, when Wan arrives with Bud, who is flying them in. Wan jumps down, and attacks C-Seagal. He knocks off C-Seagal's helmet, and they find out that C-Seagal is actually a woman. She appears to be sickly. One of the soldiers whispers something in her ear, and she congratulates the soldier on a good job, and they leave. Wan pursues, but is stopped by Bud, holding the unconscious Mei Mah. Ma Jinn leaves Sakilantis, with C-Seagal, the soldiers, and Yuuni.

Back at Mei Mah's bedside, Mei Mah says her farewells. Everyone is sad. Mei Mah asks Wan to listen to her last words, and her words are "Wan...The truth is, I **** you..." Mei Mah fades away, and Bud and Mekka cry, just as Wan remembers bringing back the fruit. Mei Mah regains consciousness, and tries one. The hard fruit causes her wisdom tooth to come out, and THEN Wan reminds her that the fruit is hard. She slaps Wan a few times, then stops to realize that she's all well again. Everyone wonders what happened. Ara Mah realizes that it was a "Wisdom Tooth Fever", which is a fever that mermaids get when their wisdom teeth come out. Ara Mah tells Mei Mah that this is proof of her adulthood, then thanks Wan and Bud for their help. Their reward...fan slaps. Mei Mah then thanks them A LOT! Mekka suddenly sees Yuuni's crystal ball glowing, showing the Gaia symbol...but Yuuni's nowhere around. C-Seagal links to Yuuni through the triangle symbol on their foreheads, since they both have one. The Jinn become angered, as Wan calls out Yuuni's name...in vain.
